I am Imelda Toka, born in Sumba, head of 2 companies, investor, unique owner of 28 premium land with ocean views or "private" paradise beaches in Sumba.

Can be trusted, I have a a very good reputation and relations with locals, village chiefs, government, I know everyone to simplify your administrative procedures and have the cheapest prices (lands, materials, electricity, etc...).

With my experience, I will support investors in the acquisition of their land in collaboration with local notaries.

History

December 2020

Creation of the company Sumba Voyage Service (SVS) which offers 5 stars tours in Sumba.

October 2021

Acquisition of my very first land, ocean view, in Rua.
Followed by the acquisition of lot of lands in the same region.

March 2023

Acquisition of my first beach front land (3 certificates).
Followed by the acquisition of 8 additional land plots, beach front, in the same region.

August 2023

Start construction of my first luxury villa in Rua.

November 2023

Creation of the company Sumba Estate Service (SES).
