We are Imelda & Yohann, a married couple living in Sumba, combining deep local roots with international perspective to guide investors safely and confidently.

Imelda, born and raised in Sumba, is the legal owner of all lands listed on this website. She is also the founder of Sumba Voyage and Sumba Voyage Villa, well-established businesses that reflect her strong reputation and long-term presence on the island.

Through years of experience, Imelda has built close relationships with local communities, village chiefs, and government authorities. This trusted network allows us to simplify processes, ensure clarity, and secure transactions for every investor.

Yohann, originally from France, brings an international vision and works alongside Imelda to support foreign buyers with transparency, structure, and clear communication at every step.

All our lands are privately owned by us, not sourced from third parties or agents. This guarantees full control, clear ownership, and a direct, reliable transaction process.
